The front desk staff were very friendly. The location was great, near metro lines and places for food. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast had many options.
The mattress was soft and not good for back problems. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and the pillows seemed old. The walls were not soundproof, so I heard everything from other rooms.

I could clearly hear conversations and noise from other rooms at all hours. The noise made it difficult to relax or sleep properly in the room. The lack of a mini-fridge in the room was also very annoying. I needed to store some drinks and snacks, but there wasn't a refrigerator for that reason.

The staff was very friendly . The room was clean when I arrived. I liked I could easily reach a metro station from the building.
The room did not have much natural light because of closed windows. There was some noise at night. I noticed the absence of a refrigerator in the room.

i found the staff quite friendly and helpful, a real treat. i also appreciated the free and convenient parking offered, a rare find. the room had nice design and i found it clean with pleasant lighting. i thought the super comfy beds were a highlight, contributing to restful nights.
my room and the hall had a noticeable smell of cigarettes which was not ideal, especially since i don't smoke. it made things a little unpleasant.

The location near the metro was very convenient. We easily walked to the city center in about twenty minutes. The hotel offered complimentary coffee and tea, a lovely touch after a long day.
The sound insulation could have been better. I occasionally heard noise from neighboring rooms.

The staff was helpful and quick, i appreciate that. rooms had a nice interior design. the location proved excellent. It was a short walk from the intercontinental, convenient. breakfast included cheesecake. This detail added a nice touch.
